REFUND POLICY
Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand service, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to check our size guides carefully before placing an order.
The Printing Process
Our products are printed with a process called Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing. It is a state of the art type of printing that makes our designs look true to life. Printing on dark coloured garments like black requires a pre-treatment so that colours don't absorb into the fabric and become dull. The pre-treatment will make the print area of the garment feel a little stiff when you first receive it. Don't worry! This is totally normal and usually washes out after 2-3 washes on areas where the design is not printed.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@wearcode786.com within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Lost or Undelivered Orders Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll investigate the issue.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend asking the customer to check at their local post office and confirming their address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
If the order is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Note that we cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
Your Statutory Rights (UK) Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to address any quality issues.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES ON MY ORDER IF I’M LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
